In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through how to integrate reCAPTCHA into your Framer Forms to prevent bot submissions.
Open Framer Forms Plugin
In your Framer project, go to the Plugins section and open the Framer Forms plugin.
Scroll to reCAPTCHA and drag the component into your form.
Get a Site Key from Google
Visit the Google reCAPTCHA website and click "Get Started."
Name your reCAPTCHA (e.g., “My Form”), select reCAPTCHA v2, and choose the “I’m not a robot” option.
Copy your Framer domain (remove "https://" and backslashes) and paste it into the domain field, then click Submit to receive your Site Key.
Paste the Site Key into Framer
Copy the Site Key from Google and paste it into the reCAPTCHA component in your Framer project.
Ensure the component displays correctly.
Publish Your Website
Publish your website for reCAPTCHA to function.
After publishing, preview the form to see that it won’t submit without completing the reCAPTCHA.
