Add a form builder in the insert menu
Open the insert menu by clicking the + button in the top left corner.
Hover over the "Forms" button on the left.
Click on the "Form Builder" button at the top.
Add form inputs
Open the insert menu again using the + button in the top left.
Hover over the "Forms" section on the left.
Click on the "Form Builder" button at the top.
This action will add more input fields to your form.
